By accessing or using the CX365 Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Portal. Your use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The CX365 Portal is a managed IT services platform that provides:
3.1 Account Creation: Your account is created and managed by your Managed Service Provider (MSP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Authorized Use: You may only access the Portal if you have been authorized by your organization and MSP. Access is provided for business purposes only.
3.3 Account Security: You must:
4.1 Administrative Consent: By connecting your Microsoft 365 tenant to the Portal, an administrator grants the application specific permissions to access and manage M365 resources.
4.2 Data Access: The Portal will access:
4.3 No Email Content Access: The Portal does not and will not access the content of emails, documents, or personal files stored in M365.
4.4 Revoking Access: You can revoke the Portal's access to your M365 tenant at any time through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center under Enterprise Applications.
5.1 Australian Hosting: All data is stored on servers located in Australia (Sydney). Your data does not leave Australian borders.
5.2 Data Ownership: You and your organization retain ownership of all data stored in the Portal. We do not claim ownership of your data.
5.3 No External Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5.4 MSP Access: Your designated MSP has access to your data for the purpose of providing IT services and support.
You agree to:
7.1 Uptime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Portal.
7.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily restricts access. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
7.3 No Warranty: The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The Portal integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Each service operates under its own terms and conditions.
9.1 Portal Ownership: The Portal, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by CX IT Services and protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal for its intended purpose.
9.3 Your Content: You retain all rights to data and content you submit to the Portal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CX IT Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Portal, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12.1 By You: You may stop using the Portal at any time. Contact your MSP to request account closure.
12.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the Portal or other users.
12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access will be revoked. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
